Substantial has been talking about doing a dedication album for Philly songstress Jill Scott entitled Jackin’ Jill for quite some time, and even when Sub’s albums take time to come out, he always delivers more than you expect. For once in my life, I had the chance to witness the city of Baltimore come together in victory, and it was more than I could ever imagine – it was beyond beautiful.
